1921-2015 – Edith Leach was an artist and educator. She studied art in Montreal and Toronto and later moved to Vancouver where she was employed as a catalogue designer for a local department store. Her sketches were included in an exhibition at the Vancouver Art Gallery in February 1949. One of her watercolours is included in the permanent collection of the National Gallery of Canada. She died at the age of 94.
